More Canon PowerShot D10 Pictures
The PowerShot D10 also features a Print menu for quick access to direct print options. The full PictBridge support means that users are able to print directly to any PictBridge compatible printer without the need for a computer. It also comes with a variety of languages so that anyone can practically enjoy the product.
Like its other counterparts, it comes with a memory card support. What makes this better is that in addition to SD, SDHC and MMC memory cards, the camera also supports MMCplus and HC MMCplus card formats. You can’t say that the others do that.
Then, there’s the software and the Canon i-Image Gateway! The PowerShot comes bundled with the following software programs:
• The ZoomBrowser EX 6.3 for Windows and ImageBrowser 6.3 for Macintosh: these were made to make organizing and editing images, movies and slideshows, or creating and printing digital photo albums very easy.
• The PhotoStitch 3.1 for Windows and PhotoStitch 3.2 for Mac: You can now create panoramic photos from multiple images.
The bundled software is able to support Windows Vista (including SP1) / XP SP2-3 and Macintosh OS X v10.4-10.5. It is also able to support PTP for driverless transfer to your PC or laptop. This is also possible for image and movie transfer to Vista with the MTP. As an added bonus, purchasers of the PowerShot D10 are eligible for free membership at the Canon iMAGE gateway which is 100MB of online ‘personal gallery’ space so that you can share stills and video with family and friends.
